Caroline's Yoga Story

Stretching and tuning into the body and breath has always been a great passion of mine. As a kid I used to do ballet and later in High School I was part of the varsity cheerleading squad. 

In 2014 I discovered my love for yoga when I was going through a rough time. I felt that no matter what I did I was never good enough, I could never be happy with anything and was lacking of a overall purpose. Yoga helped me to overcome this dark episode of my life so I can now enjoy life at its fullest and ultimately live a joyful life filled with love. 

I began practicing at home on my own, building strength and releasing tension from my body. I started realizing that yoga was so much more than just poses - through yoga, I learned to breathe. I learned to understand what it meant to "quiet the mind" and find yourself in the practice.

In 2017 I did my RYT-200 hour teacher training with at Yoga Beach House near Bordeaux, France. After that I further increased my knowledge attending several workshops and retreats while evolving in my personal home practice and teaching skills. As a yoga teacher I would like to take you along on this path and to help you to also find that happiness within.

MY YOGA CLASSES

I get told a lot that I always teach with a big smile on my face, BECAUSE I JUST LOVE WHAT I DO! I put 100% into my yoga classes and always want the very best for my students. I’m still not crazy serious and love to sometimes joke around because that’s just who I am and I don’t want to pretend to be someone I am not. It’s all about authenticity. I am trying to create space for my yoga students where they can be free from any judgment. And just BE. My yoga classes are well-structured and aside from strong and demanding exercises I am gently finishing up every class with a juicy savasana (final relaxation).
