Stretching and tuning into the body and breath has always been a great passion of mine. As a kid I used to do ballet and later in High School I was part of the varsity cheerleading squad. 

In 2014 I discovered my love for yoga when I was going through a rough time. I felt that no matter what I did I was never good enough, I could never be happy with anything and was lacking of a overall purpose. Yoga helped me to overcome this dark episode of my life so I can now enjoy life at its fullest and ultimately live a joyful life filled with love. I began practicing at home on my own, building strength and releasing tension from my body. I started realizing that yoga was so much more than just poses - through yoga, I learned to breathe. I learned to understand what it meant to "quiet the mind" and find yourself in the practice.


In 2017 I did my RYT-200 hour teacher training with Rachel Hanberry at Yoga Beach House near Bordeaux, France. As a yoga teacher I would like to take you along on this path and to help you to also find that happiness within.


My classes, workshops and retreats are dedicated to opening the heart, sharing techniques from my practice to free your body from tension - to uncover the infinite possibility of movement without limitation. I teach in English as well as German.

Caroline Blake is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

She teaches in English as well as in German, depending on the class.

Vinyasa Flow or Yin Yoga
